These terms apply only to the private Kids Baker Birthday party by Jose Bakery.

The booking must be made by a person aged 18 or over, referred to as “the host”. The host will be our main contact and confirms that they have authority to organise the celebration. They also agree to share relevant information with the invited families.

These terms are intended to be clear and proportionate. Nothing in them limits your statutory consumer rights.
